# Which cluster is my company in?

The cluster is determined by the highest license in the account for Business, Economy, and Basic.

An exception applies to pilot customers and customers with an app license. These are migrated earlier because they have the most complex requirements.

# How do I get support?

There is an onboarding session for each cluster. In it, we briefly cover the details and answer questions.

# How do I get access to the new account?

For security reasons, only the most recently logged-in CReaM admin is adopted as the Company Owner in DocCheck Access and can invite the rest of the team.
